    The Latest on Stem-Cell Research in California

    The Obama budget and tax plan would shift America’s wealth from the top down. On our rebroadcast of today’s To the Point, is it time to close the gap between rich and poor or would increased taxes remove incentives for the wealthy to keep on working?     President Obama has taken the lid off federal spending on stem cell research. We speak with the man who persuaded California voters to raise $3 billion for stem cell projects. What will this mean for research into Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, Diabetes and other diseases? On our rebroadcast of today’s To the Point, a debate on whether it’s time to close the gap between rich and poor. Would increased taxes stifle growth by removing incentives for the wealthy to keep on working?
