The Wall Street Non-Bailout and Metrolink Safety

The driver who died in the Metrolink crash with a Union Pacific freight train worked for a contractor with a history of problems. One of its subsidiaries was involved in two fatal accidents in Florida, including a head-on crash between two of its vans. Also today, Congressional failure to pass the Wall Street rescue caused a massive crash in the market. Why did half California's delegation vote "No"?
