    The Simi Valley and other parts of California are grieving tonight as the death toll in Friday's Metrolink train crash has risen to 26. There's still no final conclusion about the cause, but there are reports that the engineer was text messaging on a cell phone. Also, does the state have a budget or an accounting gimmick the Governor just might not sign?
