This week, despite their reputation for past corruption, Mexican drug agents claim they've "dismantled" the murderous Arellano Felix Brothers' drug cartel, one of that country's most ruthless gangs. Benjamin Arellano Felix, the "brains" of the Tijuana-based cartel and one of the most wanted men on both sides of the boarder, is in jail in Mexico City. His brother Ramon is dead in a shootout with Mexican agents. We speak with a former US Drug Enforcement agent who was an outspoken critic of corruption in Mexico's law enforcement and Mexico-based journalists about what that means for drug traffic, the credibility of Mexican law enforcement and President Vicente Fox.
