    An LA Sheriff’s Deputy was working on his mobile computer while he was driving. He struck and killed a man on a bicycle—but the DA won’t prosecute. Cyclists are saying it must be “open season” on them, despite a new law requiring a three foot “buffer zone.”

    An LA Sheriff’s Deputy was working on his mobile computer while he was driving. He struck and killed a man on a bicycle—but the DA won’t prosecute. Cyclists are saying it must be “open season” on them, despite a new law requiring a three foot “buffer zone.”

    Also, even at the “who’s who” of restaurants, profit margins are slim. In 2016, Obamacare probably will mandate health insurance for their employees. We’ll hear about the toney eateries that are already charging their customers 3% more.
