    Governor Schwarzenegger threatened to shut down state government if the Legislature doesn't find a way to resolve California's budget crisis.  Are lawmakers any closer to a budget deal? Democrats and Republicans are still far apart, but are divisions starting to show between the Senate and Assembly leaders?
