Will Mexico Become the 9th UN Vote for War on Iraq?

The latest news is that Russia will vote no, and France will veto, the recent United Nations resolution against Iraq proposed by the US and Britain. That doesn-t let other Security Council members off the hook as allies continue lobbying six undecided countries around the world. Even if there is a veto, the US and Britain want yes votes from nine of the 15 members on the Council to give legitimacy to military action. One of the countries getting the heavy pressure is Mexico, where President Vicente Fox says he still hasn-t made up his mind. We hear two different opinions of what-s best for him and his country from Luis Hernandez of La Jornada, one of Mexico-s leading newspapers, and Professor Denise Dresser, a visiting fellow at the Pacific Council on International Policy at USC.
