New Jersey Judge Sylvia Pressler wrote "the institution of Little League is as American as the hot dog and apple pie. There is no reason why that part of Americana should be withheld from girls." Pressler died Monday at the age of 75. Marie Hardin, Associate Director of the Penn State's Curley Center for Sports Journalism, looks at the impact of that decision.
