Zacarias To Head LAUSD

Ruben Zacarias will take over the Los Angeles Unified School District on July 1st. He's pledged to reorganize administration, target the 100 worst performing schools, and hold principals accountable. Were potentially more qualified applicants turned down because of race politics?
