The Coachella 2016 lineup announcement always sends giant ripples through the music community worldwide.

But here in the LA area, we can delight in knowing that ALL these artists will be in our backyard and a good handful will leave the desert for some smaller local gigs. So, when tickets inevitably sell out on Wednesday, rest assured some of these bands will still pay us a visit!

That said, we wanted to take a moment to spotlight some of the artists you should be really excited to see.
