    The Music Lovers Quotation Book by David W. Barber

    A Dictionary of Musical Quotations by Ian Crofton and Donald Fraser.

    For a real classic on idiotic music criticism over the centuries, a must read is:

    Nicolas Slonimsky The Lexicon of Musical Invective.
