A Tribute to Saul Bellow
We pay homage to author Saul Bellow who passed away last Tuesday, April 5, at the age of 89, with a reading from his best known novel, Herzog. In this KCRW production, Charlton Heston, known for his role as Moses in The Ten Commandments embodies a different Moses, the lead character in Bellow-s novel. Leonard Nimoy, the series narrator, introduces Heston-s reading from KCRW-s Jewish Stories from the Old World to the New series.
