Upcoming Live Performances on MORNING BECOMES ECLECTIC with host JASON BENTLEY

Monday, May 14, Norwegian born and Swedish based singer-songwriter Ane Brun crafts delicately haunting melodies and counts Peter Gabriel and Ani DiFranco among her fans. Morning Becomes Eclectic will welcome her into our studios at 11:15am.

Tuesday, May 15, We visited Miike Snow backstage before their recent sold out show in LA. We’ll share our conversation and a batch of new songs recorded in rehearsal just for Morning Becomes Eclectic listeners at 11:15am.

Wednesday, May 16, Yann Tiersen scored the hit film “Amelie” and the distinguished composer marries whimsy with minimalism in his work. We’ll hear it live on Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.

Wednesday, May 23, The story behind husband and wife duo Alaina Moore and Patrick Riley – better known as Tennis– has been compelling from the start. Their debut was fueled by an epic sailing trip and their second release is produced by The Black Keys’ Patrick Carney. We’ll catch up with this intrepid duo when they bring their band to Morning Becomes Eclectic in the 11 o’clock hour.

Thursday, May 24, We fell in love with New Zealand singer Kimbra when she joined Gotye on Morning Becomes Eclectic last year and we’re thrilled to bring her back to share songs off her solo album at 11:15am.

Tuesday, May 29, We’ll broadcast a live session with LA’s own Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros recorded in front of a live audience at Apogee’s Berkeley Street Studios. Hosted by Liza Richardson, we’ll literally get down with the gang as we hear a batch of new songs on the day of their album release. Join Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.
