Upcoming Live Performances on MORNING BECOMES ECLECTIC with host JASON BENTLEY

Thursday, September 10, Mac Demarco has been on a roll the last couple years. Born in Canada and based in Queens, New York, he specializes in a brand of quirky breezy pop that is uniquely his own. He’s been especially prolific lately and he joins us to play songs from his new EP in this session hosted by DJ Dan WIlcox.

Friday, September 11, Zach Condon recorded his debut album as Beirut at age 18 after dropping out of college and running away to Paris. A decade later, he found creative inspiration in his newest international home – Turkey — for his 4th album “No No No”. He plays songs from across his discography in this live session recorded at Cutting Room Studios in New York.

Tuesday, September 15, On his new side project The Arcs, The Black Keys’ frontman Dan Auerbach satiates his thirst as music maker with a group of hand-picked studio musicians that includes Richard Swift. It’s a special collaboration and we bring you a session recorded live at the Village.

Wednesday, September 16, After finding huge success with the The Swell Season – including an Academy Award — Glen Hansard launched a solo career with the intimate, thoughtful songs that have always defined his work. We bring you highlights from a live session recorded at Apogee Studio.
