Warp Records may now be able to boast one of the most eclectic label line ups – with everyone from local phenom Flying Lotus to indie rockers Grizzly Bear and now Brian Eno!

I have to admit, my Brian Eno education has come mostly from the Guest DJ Project. But what better way to learn about a musical legend than through the words of bestselling novelist Audrey Niffenegger and tech goddess Xeni Jardin.

There’s no doubt that Eno’s work – both solo and as part of Roxy Music — influenced other bands currently signed to the labeland I look forward to hearing his new material, which will be out later this year.
