The mysterious men of Clinic returned in African garb this morning (as opposed to full on scrubs) with their surgical masks in place to perform a set of music. Their new album is a sonic departure and they talked to Jason about basing songs around chords, as opposed to rhythms, and writing about human interactions and relationships.

They kicked off their performance with a station favorite “I’m Aware.” This song is on my list of “most likely to get stuck in your head all day” tracks of 2010. The best part – when it gets stuck you don’t mind because it’s so good!
