Fandom: Fitz and the Tantrums on Sia

LA’s Fitz and the Tantrums seem unstoppable right now. Their songs are ubiquitous on pop radio and they’re in the midst of a national tour that lands at the ACL Music Festival the next two weekends.

To honor the occasion, we asked the band to offer up a song from an artist they love as part of KCRW’s Fandom series.

From Noelle Scaggs –

Artist: Sia

Song: Elastic Heart

“Not only an incredible songwriter and lyricist, she also sings every song as if it will be her last.

I think all singers and songwriters should aspire to dive into that kind of emotion.

She is also one of the kindest people I’ve met.”
