headlined by Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds ,Soulwax, 2ManyDjs and The Kooks – as well as the Band Challenge for those of you who want to move your rock out of the bedroom and on to a real stage.
Love Music Hate Racism Carnival sees The Clash’s Paul Simonon returning with The Good The Bad and The Queen, as well as Hard Fi, Get Cape Wear Cape Fly, The View and Helsinki - an indie super- group made up of members past / present of bands such as Artic Monkeys, Babyshambles and Reverend and the Makers.
Hope Not Hate –its held at The Brixton Academy in South London the line up includes Tom Robinson, Misty in Roots, politican Tony Benn and Alabama 3. The proceeds of this gig go towards a project to take Rock Against Racism into schools and colleges.
