Upcoming Live Performances on MORNING BECOMES ECLECTIC with host JASON BENTLEY

Thursday, September 26, My Morning Jacket frontman Jim James recently performed songs from his soulful solo debut in front of a small audience at Apogee Studio and we’ll share highlights from the session on Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.

Friday, September 27, Portland band Unknown Mortal Orchestra harness their wildly creative impulses into a soulful mix. We’re thrilled to host their Morning Becomes Eclectic performance debut at 11:15am.

Monday, September 30, Philly-based favorites Dr. Dog are back with another excellent new album. They drop by Morning Becomes Eclectic to give us a live preview of “B-Room” at 11:15am.

Tuesday, October 1, Laura Veirs recorded her new album while expecting her second child with producer husband Tucker Martine. Motherhood and a message of peace drive her ninth recording and we’ll hear it live on Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.

Wednesday, October 2, Sometimes the lowest point in a songwriter’s life can be the most fertile. Phosphorescent frontman Matthew Houck turned his struggles into a set of moving songs and he’ll make his Morning Becomes Eclectic debut at 11:15am.

Thursday, October 3, An honorary member of the KCRW family, Moby brings a full band and lots of surprises when he joins Morning Becomes Eclectic for a live session at 11:15am.

Friday, October 4, Get ready for Tenacious D as Jack Black and Kyle Gass take over Morning Becomes Eclectic from 10am to 11am.
