From Capitol Records famed Studio A in Hollywood, CA- Arcade Fire will be performing new songs off the highly anticipated 4th studio release, “Reflektor” – and KCRW will be there to bring it to you live on air– Monday, October 28 at 7pm!

The band will be playing this special show the day before the album’s release and the LA landmark is a fitting place for them to share their new tunes with the world.

DJ Raul Campos will host this special programming (which will preempt Which Way, LA?) and Music Director Jason Bentley will be reporting live from the scene. KCRW will be one of a few NPR radio stations with an exclusive stream of the performance.

They are one of the best live bands around so this is an incredible way to experience “Reflektor” in a way very few have before. You can expect highlights from their new double album, as well as some old favorites.

KCRW’s history with Arcade Fire started long before they were Grammy winners. In fact, the band performed live on Morning Becomes Eclectic in 2005 during their first trip to Los Angeles. They had no manager and had been driving all night to get to the studio.

But as always, they played a stellar set. Check out a video from the session.

Also, here’s an audio highlight from their MBE debut!
