KCRW Exclusive: New Song from Dale Earnhardt Jr Jr – Morning Thought

Detroit band Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr. released one of our favorite EPs of last year — as well as an excellent remix EP — and we finally have some brand new music to offer in advance of their Morning Becomes Eclectic debut on Monday, March 14! Here’s their new track “Morning Thought” for your listening pleasure.

Jason debuted the track on air this morning and it will be featured on their full-length debut called “It’s A Corporate World,” out June 7 on Quite Scientific Records.

Dale is the last live band we’ll host on MBE before we head out to Austin for SXSW and they’ve promised a slew of new material, so be sure to tune in! Also, check below for their upcoming tour dates.

LA folks — they’re in town this Saturday for a show at the Troubadour with Tapes n Tapes.

The band also plays KCRW’s official night showcase on Wednesday, March 16, so we get lots of Dale all at once.

We’re just wondering if they’re going to show up in their racing uniforms…
