    Happy holidays everyone!

We have some special music programming scheduled for you into the new year.

Christmas Day programming begins right at midnight with Jason Kramer playing three hours of Christmas music across a variety of genres, then Rhythm Planet host Tom Schnabel takes the reins of Morning Becomes Eclectic later that morning for his annual Christmas special.

Morning Becomes Eclectic Hosts Over the Holidays

A Special Note and Musical Gift from DJ Gary Calamar:

I decided to try and write a Christmas song this year.

I wanted it to be very positive about Christmas, but of course I wanted it to have some sort of edge or twist.

I made up this group of people…”The Anti-Social, Young American Christmas Lovers Brigade“.

They LOVE Christmas…although they hate everything else. Check it out below:

The track features my daughter, Zoe Calamar, on background vocals and the Resonate Studio Players. Thanks to the Kinks “Village Green Preservation Society” and David Bowie’s “Young Americans” for divine inspiration.

Happy Holidays and New Years to the KCRW Family.

    XO Gary Calamar
