KCRW Presents: February Freebies

Let’s get straight to the fun perks of being a KCRW member – the ticket giveaways! Tickets (and other cool prizes) are offered to members up to 6 times per day and that’s no joke. Friday night, we’ll have tickets to check out a DJ set by Benji B during Travis show (10pm-mid). Benji B is a Gilles Peterson prodigy, has his own show on BBC Radio 1 and is a killer live DJ. This will be his first LA gig in 5 years, so yeah, you’ll want to be there.

The Moth always sells out and always guarantees a great time. It’s everyday people, reciting real life stories in front of a room of strangers. Should be an easy one considering this is LA and most people are in search of it. This Sunday (2/19), Raul will have tickets to The Moth at Los Globos with the theme ‘fame.’

It’s time to visit San Diego, our So- Cal neighbors to the south, and spend a weekend at CRSSD Fest. Jason is a big fan of the festival and has dj’d there in years past and next Thursday during Morning Becomes Eclectic he’ll have 2-day passes for fans of Flume, Blood Orange, Bob Moses, Tensnake etc etc.
