KCRW Presents: The Start of a New (Concert) Year!

Okay, we’re back! I mean, I’m back. Back in the music bungalow and right back to music promoting, ticket giveaway-ing and such. This week we confirmed two KCRW Presents show: Brazilian Girls at the Roxy on January 13 and Langhorne Slim and the Law at the Teragram Ballroom also on the 13th. We (me in particular) are also very excited to have both bands perform live on MBE next week – Langhorne Slim on the 12th and Brazilian Girls on the 14th. Next week is going to be a burner week for live performances both in and out of our basement studios.

Let’s break it down.

If you’re in desperate need of some Cali sunshine in your heart, then head over to The Teragram Ballroom tonight to see Surfer Blood and Cayucas. They’ll warm you up quick.

And hurry up with those Brazilian Girls and Langhorne Slim & The Law tickets. I’ve seen both bands in concert and if you’re looking for a raw, sexy, steamy, rock n’ roll night out, you’ll be mighty satisfied with either band next Wednesday night.
