In the midst of KCRW’s summer pledge drive we just announced some big news: we are hosting an intimate, private show with Interpol on Monday,September 6 and those who subscribe or renew at the Archangel level — a $1000 donation – can request a pair of tickets. We’ve only reserved a small amount and it is first come, first served. Those interested, should email Pam at pamb@kcrw.org.

The venue is legendary producer Bob Clearmountain’s Berkeley Street Studio, which only holds 150 people. It’s essentially like seeing one of your favorite bands in someone’s living room! It is sure to be unforgettable.

Check out pics from our previous sessions with Janelle Monae, Nas and Damian Marley and JP, Chrissie and the Fairground Boys (Chrissie Hynde’s new project, which she debuted that night)
