Since Friday’s terrorist attacks in Paris, well-wishers have been bringing flowers and gestures of sympathy to the French Consulate near Century City, in West Los Angeles. Similar scenes have been taking place at French embassies and consulates around the world in Washington, Tokyo, Istanbul, Moscow and Prague, among many others.
