Graffiti6 are headlining the first night of the Hammer Museum’s free outdoorAlso I Like to Rockconcert series, which is presented by KCRW, and just announced that they are signing to Capitol Records.

The band is a collaboration between two London musicians — singer Jamie Scott and producer Tommy D (who has worked with Jay Z and Kanye West, among others!). AILTR curator and Kevin Bronson describes their music as “heady, upbeat blend of soulful electropop that falls somewhere in between the Beta Band, Morcheeba, and Gnarls Barkley.”

You can stream the Dr. Rosen remix of that track below and download it from their Bandcamp page:

They’ll be joined on July 7 by local indie rockers Eastern Conference Champions.
