Proving that comfort is more important than style, especially when you’re playing at 11am!
The now LA-based musician (he grew up in Ann Arbor, MI) was in good spirits and was pleased that Jason sensed the Steely Dan influence on “The Stars Are Ours“, a KCRW favorite off his most recent release, “Where Does This Door Go“.
It was great to hear the funky bassline that kicks off “Her Favorite Song” live, as well as other standouts from the record.
