Upcoming Live Performances on MORNING BECOMES ECLECTIC with host JASON BENTLEY

Monday, June 16, While touring behind Metronomy’s last album, frontman Joseph Mount started writing the songs that would become their latest “Love Letters”. As longtime supporters of this band we’re excited to hear the new tracks live on Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.

Wednesday, June 18, The Bamboos are a funk-soul outlet from Australia. Their signature sound masterfully binds classic and current sounds together and we’ll hear it live when Dan Wilcox hosts Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.

Thursday, June 19, Dean Wareham made his mark as the singer of influential rock band Galaxie 500, followed by successful creative stints in the band Luna and with his wife Britta. He finally released a solo full length this year and will join host Anne Litt for a live set on Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.

Friday, June 21, Orchestral pop outfit Kan Wakan are a large band employing a multitude of instruments to create layers and layers of sound. They’ll headline our Summer Nights concert at One Colorado this weekend and you’ll get a preview as they join Chris Douridas on Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.

Friday, June 27, Brooklyn-based singer/songwriter Sharon Van Etten’s new album is emotional without being strident and built through uncluttered arrangements that never lose sight of a song’s harmonic core. We await her return to Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.
