Usually when a band plays on Morning Becomes Eclectic, we pick a standout track from the session and posted it on KCRW’s You Tube page so it’s almost like a “greatest hits.” However, Motopony’s set was SO good we were torn about which song to choose!

We settled on the sneering rock track, “Seer”, but I begged our web team to give us the folkier “King of Diamonds” right before they return to LA for a show at One Colorado as part of KCRW’s Summer Nights series.

These songs are sonically very different and show you the range of what the band has to offer. They are really fantastic live and you can find out more info on the Saturday, June 25 show here.
