Museum of Love Make Exclusive Mix for KCRW

Museum of Love — the duo consisting of Pat Mahoney (drummer for LCD Soundsystem) and Dennis McNany (a.k.a. Jee Day) — made one of my favorite albums of 2014.

So, needless to say, I was very excited when they sent me a DJ mix they made to play on my show last night.

It’s an engrossing mix highlighting their love of house music, featuring modern classics like “Rushing To Paradise (Walking These Streets)” by House of House and Art of Tones’ “Take Me Higher”. It’s also easy to hear how the tracks they selected fit into the vibe of what they do as Museum of Love.
