KCRW and NPR are presenting a live stage version of NPR’s popular multimedia project, Planet Money, on April 19. Today, we revisit the prescient This American Life program, The Giant Pool of Money, that foretold the global economic meltdown. Los Angeles Times business reporter David Colker speaks with Adam Davidson about the economy and about the live event. (The live event, which will feature NPR’s Adam Davidson and This American Life producer, Alex Blumberg, is sold out. However, it can be streamed and heard live, and will be archived on KCRW.com.)
