Remembering Grace Paley

Grace Paley – noted activist, author and master of the short story genre – passed away at the age of 84 on August 22. Grace Paley – noted activist, author and master of the short story genre – passed away at the age of 84 on August 22. Join us for a tribute as we present one of Paley's most beloved short stories, "Goodbye and Good Luck," read by Rhea Perlman, from KCRW's series, Jewish Stories from Eastern Europe and Beyond.

"Goodbye and Good Luck," one of her most loved stories, is the first story in her first collection of published stories, The Little Disturbances of Man.
