See Everest for FREE THIS Saturday in Pasadena!

One of LA’s best local bands – Everest — performs for FREE this Saturday at One Colorado in Pasadena as part of KCRW’s “Summer Nights.” I’m looking forward to a chance to hear tracks off their new album, particularly “Let Go,” for the first time.

Everest made a lot of waves with their debut album in 2008, which was rooted in California country rock and made a fan out of Neil Young. Their new work straddles stratospheric, stadium size rock and gorgeous, emotionally charged pop craftsmanship. The best of both worlds! They are definitely worth checking out and I have a feeling they will make this show one to remember.

All of KCRW’s “Summer Nights” events are free, all ages, open to the public and coming to neighborhoods across Southern California this summer!
