Between the freeways, the construction sites, the bus stops and the buildings, Los Angeles is a wild place. You may have seen a coyote crossing the street at night, stopped mid-hike to back slowly away from a rattlesnake, fell in love with a rescue dog, or heard the flocks of wild parrots chattering in the trees above you.
