What I Got At The Post Office Today by Chuck P

Okay… so I go to the post office twice a week to see what bands, labels and promoters are sending me to play on my KCRW radio show. Sometimes, it’s amazing what I get. So exciting. Other days, it’s either nu-metal singles or nothing at all.

At any rate, here’s what I got at the post office today…

1. Black Mountain “Wilderness Heart” .. I’ve already played one of the tracks from this album, but I’m really stoked to finally hear the full length. Big fan of these Canadians.

2. Mavis Staples“You Are Not Alone” .. mostly a covers record, but a couple of new tracks too. Jeff Tweedy helps with production and the writing on the new stuff. Pretty much anything I get from Anti records skips to the front of the pack. Unless I get…

3. Clinic – “Bubblegum” .. THIS IS WATERMARKED AND COPY PROTECTED AUDIO. IT IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP THIS DISC SAFE!
