Matt talked to lots of Southern California Olympians this past week. And he felt obliged to ask what their favorite memory was of going to the games? Winning a big race, standing on the podium, or perhaps the excitement of competing alongside, or against, world-class athletes from around the globe? No, almost without exception, it was something else.
