Everson Royce Bar

You might not expect to find biscuits on the bar menu. But LA Times food critic Jonathan Gold says nothing goes better with the “extraordinarily good bourbon collection” at the Everson Royce Bar than Chef Matt Molina’s hot buttermilk biscuits. Eat them unadorned or with honey butter. If carbs aren’t your thing, go for the barbecue chicken thighs with ají panca or try the prosciutto di San Daniele. The kitchen stays open till 1AM so you’ll have plenty more time to try the shrimp roll and roasted pork belly bao too. As Good Food host, Evan Kleiman says, "It's the perfect kind of food to fuel a night of convivial drinking."
