Since then, chef Carlos Salgado has been awarded "Best New Chef" by Food and Wine magazine, and just last week he was awarded a Golden Foodie award for Best Mexican Restaurant. Lunch and brunch are served a la carte, dinner is a 4-course pre-fixe meal that changes seasonally.
