Evan George and Alex Brown are the Hot Knives. Their latest book Lust for Leaf: Vegetarian Noshes, Bashes and Everyday Great Eats. The duo will be at Poketo in Downtown's Arts District for a book signing and cooking demo on Sunday, July 14 from 2-5pm.
