Every Tuesday I answer a question from a Good Food listener. You can email me a question, leave one on Facebook or add one in the comments section here. This week’s came from Jessica:

Where Can I Get Chicken Scarpiello in Los Angeles?

In my experience dishes with the names like Scarpiello aka Scarpariello or Zingara (gypsy style) vary depending on the cook, but most involve Chicken, Sausage and Peppers (both sweet and hot) and some kind of piquant addition like Wine, Vinegar or Capers or all of the above. Pizzeria Mozza has a delicious version on their menu which is a Saturday only special. It’s listed on the menu as Chicken Thighs with Spicy Peppers and Broccolini.
