Laura Avery is the market manager for the Santa Monica Farmers' Market. She recently introduced two new olive oil producers to the Wednesday market: Joshua Mardigan of Nuvo Olive Oil and Giovanni Mooring of Buenaventura Olive Oil.
She also talks to Carlos Salgado, chef-owner of Taco Maria. Salgado makes the drive every Wednesday from his restaurant in Costa Mesa to the Santa Monica Farmers' Market.
