Chef Ted Hopson, of Father’s Office and Lukshon fame, has brought his chops to the Valley. The next time you’ve got the urge for a patty melt on rye with taleggio cheese and sweet caramelized onions, or some meatballs baked with tomato sauce and ricotta that are served with great grilled ciabatta, head to The Bellwether. Recommendations: You can’t go wrong with roasted carrots, perfectly crisped french fries, patty melts or meatballs slathered in tomato sauce.
