Jonathan Gold is the Pulitzer Prize-winning food writer for the LA Times. This week he reviews Tumanyan Khinkali Factory, a Georgian soup dumpling specialist in Glendale. He describes the khinkali as a “near peak soup dumpling experience,” best enjoyed with vodka.
