Chef Isa Fabro, whose pastries and pizza are sold at Unit 120 in LA's Far East Plaza in Chinatown, tells us what dishes to expect on the Pinoy Thanksgiving menu -- from American Thanksgiving hits like turkey and green bean casserole to lumpia and spaghetti with banana ketchup, hotdogs and cheese.
