Vizzi Truck – and Truffle Popcorn – for Lunch at KCRW

Yesterday’s KCRW Membership drive staff were treated to lunch from the Vizzi truck. By the time I got there, the sliders were already gone. And the beef with broccoli and yams was a little too heavy for me. So I dove into the White Truffle Popcorn. It was so good! The Vizzi truck (yet another gourmet food truck) is inspired by “coastal” flavors with a touch of French technique.
