Jonathan Gold visits the new location of Suzanne Goin and Caroline Styne’s beloved restaurant AOC. The new location, which replaced Il Covo and formerly housed Orso, has arguably the most beautiful patio in Los Angeles. He recommends the arugula, strawberry and rhubarb salad , clams cooked in the wood oven, black rice and farro salad, peas with saffron butter, “ode to Zuni” chicken and the suckling pig.
