'Midnight Rider' Director and Producers Indicted in Death of Sarah Jones

Midnight Rider director Randall Miller and producers Jody Savin and Jay Sedrish have been indicted on charges of of involuntary manslaughter and criminal trespass in Georgia, related to the death of 27 year old camera assistant Sarah Jones. Both charges carry potential prison sentences--10 years for involuntary manslaughter and 12 months for criminal trespass. Jones died while working on an old railway trestle, shooting an action scene for the Gregg Allman biopic. Her death has galvanized crew members throughout Hollywood, hoping to bring more attention to concerns about safety on set.
