Kim and guest banterer Michael Schneider, L.A. Bureau Chief of TV Guide Magazine, discuss CBS's accusations that ABC has ripped off Big Brother for its new show, Glass House. CBS has filed a lawsuit claiming that ABC has gone so far as to even replicate exact scenes and shots. CBS is very protective of its property and is trying to prevent Glass House from premiering on Monday, June 18. Tomorrow there will be a ruling on whether they get a temporary restraining order.
