Almost two years ago the LAPD chased down and arrested Clinton Alford Jr, a robbery suspect. While his hands were cuffed behind his back one officer kicked and punched Alford. Video of the encounter was just made public by an LA Superior Court judge in spite of push back from the Los Angeles Police Department, which did not want the video released.
